No Returns for Custom-Printed Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for custom-printed items. However, we offer refunds or replacements in specific cases outlined below.
Refund and Replacement Eligibility
You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged or defective.
- You received an incorrect item.
- The print quality is substandard.
- Your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase.
Please note: We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. Size charts are provided for each product to help you choose the correct fit.
Refund and Replacement Process
To request a refund or replacement:
- Email service@zbolts.com with:
- Our customer support team will review your request within 24 hours and notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 2 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Partial Refunds
For minor defects that do not significantly affect the product’s usability, we may offer a partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations
- You may request a full refund if you cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
- Once the item enters production, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Contact service@zbolts.com immediately to initiate a cancellation.

- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Missed deliveries due to customer absence.
- Issues resulting from improper use or care of the product.
